Join us for our second Meditation & Beer event! Become a ZEN ZYTHOPHILE in 2020! Focused, Intentional and manifesting all of the goodness to your life!

This event will begin with a quick gentle yoga flow to get the body moving. After movement, we'll ease into guided meditation to focus, relax, and ground ourselves. After meditation you're invited to stay for pints and food and community!

Space is limited (15 people max!) so you must register by purchasing your ticket in advance! Your ticket includes the guided meditation session and one pint ($7.05 value).

Please arrive 15 minutes in advance to get your spot and settle in! Bring a yoga mat and blanket. If you don't have a yoga mat, a few will be provided!
