Imperfectly Perfect Pineapple Pale Ale 6.2%
“Don’t judge a book by its cover”, a mantra that Imperfect Produce has applied to some of the awesome food that is grown for us (but maybe just not as pretty). They take the delicious, awesome crops that farmers are growing, but are just a little too “ugly” and sell it to people for 30%-50% less than grocery stores. To help drive the point that “ugly” produce is delicious, we brewed a pale ale and used 200 lbs of “imperfect” pineapples. The result is a mouthwatering, tropical libation. Denali hops help accentuate the pineapple and drive the fruity aroma. Imperfection is not only beautiful, but also delicious!

Bridge the Gap (a 501c3 non profit organization) has enabled many children in foster care to experience "firsts" - to receive Christmas presents or have a birthday celebration, to receive new clothes, to play a sport, to receive tutoring, to attend summer camp or to excel at a special skill because they received needed attention, training and affirmation.
